With more warm weather and a safer year ahead, the team here at Catalyst Coffee Bar is looking for a barista familiar with specialty coffee to join us:
Job Title: Barista
Schedule: Part-time.
Wage: Pay commensurate with experience.
Expectations: Set high for a positive work ethic, ability to craft excellent coffee/non-coffee beverages, and great customer service skills, as well as openness to continuing barista education, no hesitation to complete a range of back-of-the-house duties (lifting up to 50lbs, general daily cleaning), and adherence to exacting coffee-making methodology — we take pride in making incredible coffee and espresso.
Experience preferred, but willing to train.
